Wesley Qian opened his first Zürich restaurant in February 2015 with his wife Jing and longtime friend Yang Wei — a Cantonese dim sum master who'd been head dim sum chef at the Grand Hyatt Shanghai. Wesley grew up in his mother's Shanghai restaurant before becoming a rising star of Chinese gastronomy himself. Traditional Chinese, reinterpreted with Japanese and European influences.
