I've only been as a guest of someone staying at the hotel — it's connected to the whole structure — but you can also make a reservation as a non-guest, which is worth knowing.
The breakfast is great. The kind of thing where you sit down, and it's immediately apparent that everything has been thought about — the hummus, the eggs, the bread, the produce. It's not something you'd do every day, and the bill will reflect that. But it's a genuine joy to have an Ottolenghi in our little Swiss village by the lake.
