A cocktail bar on the Bosphorus with genuinely great aesthetic — terrazzo floors, right on the water, the kind of place that shouldn't really exist in this part of the city but does and is all the better for it.
It's not why you come to Yeniköy, but if you find yourself up this way — and you should, for Arnavutköy restaurant nearby — then Pero is where you go after. Or before. Or instead of going home.
Good cocktails. Great room. The Bosphorus out the window. That's the whole tip.
