Hemingway’s relationship with the Ritz was real and long-running. The hotel says he made its bar a headquarters from the 1920s onward; it eventually named Bar Hemingway after him. Young, broke Hemingway would not make this his regular at today’s prices. You should nevertheless have a martini here once.
