For sign-in, profile, or account-deletion help, email alerts@hoodtip.com. Include your HoodTip handle, but never send a password or authentication code.

You can edit or delete your own HoodTips in the app. Open the HoodTip, choose Edit HoodTip, and manage its wording, location, category, and photos. Only upload photos you created or have permission to share.

Open any HoodTip from another contributor to report it or block that account. Reports are private. Blocking removes that contributor’s HoodTips from your app. Blocked accounts can be reviewed and unblocked from Profile → Safety & Privacy.

Safety and account-access messages are prioritized. Other support messages are normally reviewed within five business days.
