Café Chou

Why I like it

The name comes from the thing they make here — a chou, a small dough ball that's essentially the missing part of a doughnut. Light, slightly crisp outside, properly soft inside. They do them fresh and they're the reason to come.

Ici on aime faire des choux et du bon café." It says so on the window. They mean it.
