A little pop-up bar right on the Rhône. You can jump in the river in between sips of your beer. Colourful furniture, bocce ball, some tables under the trees. Open only in summer. My first instinct was that I didn't like it, because I'm particular about my drinks and plastic cups are normally a hard no for me. But the beers here are shockingly cold and crispy and they just hit. The plastic cups work somehow.

Leave work a bit early. You're at La Barje in 15 minutes. You jump in the water, then drink a cold beer, and you say: this is the greatest city in the world.
